Hemant Bakshi
CEO – Unilever Marketplaces President Commissioner – Unilever Indonesia

Mr. Hemant Bakshi is the President Director of Unilever Indonesia.
Since 1989, Mr. Hemant Bakshi was working with Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) and was the longest-serving member of the Management Committee of HUL. He was the Executive Director for Home & Personal Care, a $6.0B business, managing a portfolio of brands across Laundry, Personal Wash, Home Care, Skin Care, Hair Care, Make-Up, Oral Care & Deodorants. He was also responsible for new businesses in Beauty Services. Before that, Hemant headed the Sales function for HUL as Director Customer Development and was instrumental in the transformation of the Customer Development function in India. He is also the Chairman of the Indian Society of Advertisers and is acknowledged in the industry as a Marketing thought leader.
Hemant received his B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Mumbai and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. Hemant is an avid sportsperson. He runs marathons in India & overseas and is a good golfer.

Huong is an EY-Parthenon Partner, Strategy and Transactions at EY Consulting Vietnam Joint Stock Company (EY Consulting VN).
Huong has nearly 20 years of experience in leading multinational companies (MNCs) and local private groups in Vietnam, as well as global advisory services firms across various industries.
Prior to joining EY, Huong was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a US$14 billion real estate developer in Vietnam and the CEO of a leading local retailer. Huong was also a Partner leading the business and transformation advisory practice at another Big 4 firm in Vietnam.
She was the lead advisor in numerous engagements with prominent corporations in Vietnam across various sectors, many of which are key drivers to the impressive economic growth of the country.
After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree (Summa cum laude) from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, Huong earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Duc Minh Nguyen

Duc has more than 20 years of experience in both consulting and audit in France, Vietnam, and the Southeast Asian region. Prior to joining EY in Vietnam in August 2009, he had 8 years of working experience at the Paris office of EY France.
He has led and participated in numerous consulting projects for both state-owned and private enterprises, ranging from corporate restructuring, operating model redesign, business performance management, finance transformation to digital solutions.
He is also playing an active role in deploying the EY program FutureConsumer. Now, an EY global initiative where clients and businesses explore their adaptability to win the future consumer. Duc holds a Master in Financial Management, Paris Management University (ISG Paris).
Kelly Wong
VP of Game Entertainment – VNG

Mr. Kelly Wong is currently the Vice President of Game Entertainment at VNG. Having lived and worked in Vietnam since 2004, Mr. Wong has held leadership positions in HSBC Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh Securities, and KIDO Group (formerly Kinh Do Corporation). His areas of expertise are primarily in Finance where he has developed a strong track record in investments, M&A advisory, corporate finance, and finance operations.
Beyond this, Mr. Wong is also the Executive Chairman of Red Wok Investments (RWI) and a Board Advisor to many large corporates covering a large range of industries.
Over the past 15 years, Mr. Wong has been active in many non-profit organizations, including a board member to SEO Vietnam which focuses on building leadership capacity for young Vietnamese, and was previously President of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in helping to promote Canadian business in Vietnam.

For the past twenty five years Mr Tin has been Chairman and CEO of U&I Investment Corporation (Unigroup) which he founded, currently with more than 60 subsidiaries and affiliates that employ altogether more than 20,000 people. Among the investments made by Unigroup are Truong Thanh Furniture (listed), U&I Agriculture (Unifarm), U&I Logistics (Unilog), U&I Construction (Unicons) and U&I Real Estate (Unireal).
He was elected for two terms as an independent Member of the National Assembly of Vietnam between 2007 to 2016, President of Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs’ Association from 2011 to 2014, and was among the first group of Vietnamese to receive the Eisenhower Fellowship in 2013.
He’s currently an advisor to the Prime Minister of Vietnam, to Temasek, and to SMU (Singapore Management University); Board member of Mekong Capital and Thu Dau Mot University; President of World Vovinam Federation (Vietnamese Martial Arts) and Vietnam Vovinam Federation, and Chairman of the Business Federation of Binhduong province in Vietnam (where he was born).

In 2016, together with Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao (CEO of Vietjet Air) and Thai Huong (Chairman of the Board of Directors of TH True Milk Joint Stock Company), Ms. Dung was among three Vietnamese women in the list of 50 most powerful business women by Forbes.
Dung is one of the pioneers in the movement of female entrepreneurship in Vietnam and served as the Vice President of Vietnam Association of Entrepreneurs – VAWE from 2014 to 2018, and the President of Ho Chi Minh City Business Women Association – HAWEE from 2015 to 2018.
