David Do
Managing Director Private Equity – VIGROUP

David was previously a General Manager at Microsoft where he led Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Investments and Joint Ventures for the Windows and Online Services divisions. His operating experience includes managing global retail, telecom, media, payments and marketing partnerships for Microsoft’s services businesses and well as serving on the Board of Directors of MSNBC, CNBC, ninemsn (Australia) and several companies in China, Australia, Mexico and the Middle East.
Prior to Microsoft, David was a member of the Founding Team at EachNet, the leading Chinese e-commerce firm, that was acquired by eBay in 2003. In his time at The Boston Consulting Group (a global strategy consulting firm), David advised clients in the consumer goods, cement, oil and gas, infrastructure and media sectors in Asia. David has also worked as a Corporate Finance Analyst at JP Morgan.
David has an MBA from Harvard University. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems and Accounting from the University of New South Wales in Australia.
Nguyen Ngoc Thuy
Chairman, CEO – Egroup Education Corporation

Nguyen Ngoc Thuy is an experienced and successful investor in education. Best known for his role as Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors, CEO of Egroup Education Corporation – one of the largest educational investment corporations in Vietnam today, Thuy is also the founder and manage many businesses operating in the areas of education and wellness.
Being one of the pioneers in the technology-based education in Vietnam, Thuy has succeeded in building Egroup into a modern, comprehensive educational ecosystem in Vietnam. With the motto “Let’s Dream! Let’s Conquer!”, Mr. Thuy is desired to develop young generation in Vietnam to be global citizens, contributing to up-skill the Vietnamese workforce and helping start-up entrepreneurs to be successful.
