Fajrin Rasyid is the Co-Founder and President at Bukalapak.com, a marketplace targeting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and one of the Unicorn Startups in Indonesia. The company has served more than 3 million sellers listing over 70 million products on its platform. Bukalapak is currently listed as one of the biggest e-commerce platforms in Indonesia and has received funding from both local and global investors including GIC, 500 Startups, and Emtek.

As President, Fajrin is in charge of devising the company’s strategic initiatives, long-term plan, and external partnership and relationship. In 2016, Fajrin was listed as one of the awardees of SWA’s Indonesia Best CFO of the year.

Prior to his endeavor with Bukalapak, Fajrin served as CEO of Suitmedia, Indonesian digital agency with focus on three categories, ranging from web design and development, mobile application and new media platform, and social media & digital strategy.

Fajrin earned his degree in Information Technology (Summa Cum Laude) from one of Indonesian prestigious universities, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB).

NGUYEN THANH NAM Founder, FUNiX Online University; Board member, FPT University; Endeavor Vietnam Chairman

With more than 30 years of experience at FPT Corporation as one of its co-founders, Mr. Nam is an authority on business software in banking and enterprise management. In 1999, Nam was appointed CEO and Managing Director of FPT Software where he oversaw the company’s growth to be a key player in the global software market.

Nam currently serves as an advisor for FPT Software and Board member of FPT University. In 2015, Nam founded Funix, an online IT training college under FPT’s Education Division which is a pioneer in its online learning model with mentors and open source of class books by experts and the best IT colleges in the world via Funix network.

Nam earned a PhD in Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.

VU LAM Founder, Kobiton; Founder & CEO, KMS Technology; Endeavor Board Member

Mr. Vu is a technology entrepreneur who is recognized for bringing leadership, strategic focus and knowledge to complex business and technology initiatives in offshore software services as well as flor creating innovative software products.

Vu is notable for being a pioneer of IT outsourcing in Vietnam by founding Paragon Solutions Vietnam (PSV) in 1995. PSV became a model and inspiration for other outsourcing companies in the Vietnam market. PSV was eventually acquired by Computer Science Corp and is now operating as DXC Vietnam. Vu then founded KMS Technology in 2009 and remains its CEO today. KMS is a leading outsourcing company with more than 1,000 employees serving clients in the US and Australia. In addition to outsourcing service companies, Vu has also created a number of software product companies in the past few years, including QASymphony, Katalon Studio, and Kobiton. Each of these companies provides a unique solution in the software testing space and has won over many clients and fans in the testing community.

Vu is a passionate supporter of the tech startup communities and has participated in entrepreneurship forums and provides mentorship to those starting their own journey.

NGUYEN HAI NINH Co-founder & Vice Chairman of The Coffee House

Nguyen Hai Ninh is the Co-founder & Vice Chairman of The Coffee House, the fastest growing coffee chain in Vietnam that embraces local culture while bringing world-class experience at affordable prices across 158 stores in 10 cities. Living by its mantra of “Delivering Wow and Happiness” the company serves over 100,000 customers daily and looks to expand across South East Asia with 500 locations by 2022 and also export its own, high-quality Vietnamese coffee globally.

Ninh graduated from University of Technology Ho Chi Minh City with the major in chemistry. Prior to The Coffee House, Ninh and one co-founder opened another coffee chain called Urban Station that reached peak revenue of $6 million with dozens of locations in Vietnam. Ninh was honored in Forbes Asia’s 30 Under 30 in 2017.

Ninh was selected as Endeavor’s first entrepreneur from Vietnam at the 87th International Selection Panel in Madrid, Spain, held March April 24-26, 2019.
